M. Scott Kleiman has practiced law in South Florida since 1986. He has represented business concerns in both the large firm and small firm environment, focusing on both the litigation and transactional aspects of real property and commercial law. Scott has handled commercial and residential transactions, as well as those involving distressed properties.

Kimberly P. Fohr has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL and is a licensed title agent with the State of Florida. With over 20 years of Real Estate experience, she has handled thousands of Closings, from large commercial projects to individual residential purchases and refinances.
